We always want to provide a safe and responsible practice with all our services, which is why we recommend that you should inform us of any pre-existing physical and mental health concerns prior to any session. We understand this can be sensitive but it is necessary in order to provide you with the best service. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties. 


Once a service has been purchased you can cancel up to 48 hours prior to the date of your appointment. If you do not inform us of your wish to cancel within the defined time you will be liable for the full cost of your purchase. 

Cancellations made within the defined time will result in a refund of the price of the session purchased. 

Cancellations can be made either by email or by telephone.

Refunds will be made via the secure payment provider PayPal.
