Be prepared for a fun filled two hours, you get to immerse yourself in discovering joyful ways to exercise. To feel good enough to last a LIFETIME, exercise must satisfy the HEART & SOUL.
• Introduction to basic principles of Nia
• Explore how to apply The Joy of Movement to fitness
• Overview of the 7 Nia Cycles
• Finding The Body's Way
• Break (10 minutes)
•60 minute Nia workout
•Debrief session. Its all about feedback!

What to bring
Nia is a barefoot workout so no special equipment is required.
Be sure to bring some water to keep your body hydrated and a towel is recommended.
Nia is a workout for all fitness levels but do inform me of any health problems you may be concerned about prior to the class.
